I normally go to this location, and always have a good experience, but today I had a appointment with Sophia and she was the rudest Ive ever experienced there & had horrible customer service.

Definitely coming back!! My wax specialist Dajanai is something special! She was very sweet and welcoming she made the whole experience way more comfortable especially since it was my first time....

I usually go to the one on Freeport, but came here since moving to the area. Staff is friendly, but the down side to this place is them practically forcing a tip on you. Every time I go they ask...
