Called for help and he was just so rude. Instead of just offering help & pricing, he wanted to drill me "WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU NEED THIS SERVICE? WELL HOW WOULD YOU KNOW?" Ummm... my car not...

Simple tire repair was passed off to a "rookie" (I'm guessing) with no follow up by a supervisor. Torqued down to almost stripped level on an M5. Very disappointing and won't be back.
