It would be nice if E*Trade had an office where customers can go to get things done on their accounts! Their app & website SUCKS! Something simple CAN'T even be done on their app & website! Time...

It's like they want to go out of business. No service! Try calling multiple times no answer after hours of waiting ( during normal business hours). No way to problem solve via website ... horrible.

Don't EVER EVER open an account with this company. Customer service? There is NONE. They never ever ever answer the phones. Never.
