Human error at it's finest. My appointment was for 8:30am. It's great to start the day being forgotten. First impression, failed. I'm sure she is great at what she does. So not professional.

I went in for a lash lift today, Shireen was so sweet and very communicative. I felt very comfortable and safe with Covid measures. I highly recommend her! I Can't wait to go back, I'm very satisfied.
