They are clean, pay more for better graphic cards and equipment, and simple to pay. Always friendly too, and noise levels aren't too bad.

Incredibly racist staff they only want Asian (specifically Chinese speaking mandarin) and if they suspect you aren't of such qualifications they will try their best to deter your business. Strange...

First of all, awful customer service. Overall just rude, care-free, and unhelpful. They require you to sign up for an account (a login for their PCs) and charge $10 for a regular, $20 for VIP....
