We wanted to stop and check this mall out before we headed home. It was ok. I've been to better. But I did get to eat Fuddrukers, which was across the parking lot. Will I return? Not sure....

Talk about 180! This used to be the "other" ghetto mall in Oxnard. They completely tore down the old Esplande and rebuilt it to this open air, shopping center. There's a Circuit City, BJ's...
