Tracey Serino, formerly Tracey Nelson, originally held the 9th LDA registration in Sacramento County back in 2001. ESC Legal Documents relocated from Sacramento and has called the Central Coast its home since 2008. In business since 1999, Tracey Serino, owner of ESC Legal Documents and San Luis Obispo County Legal Document Assistant #233, opened up her new office in beautiful Morro Bay in April 2013. She is an active member of the Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce Member since 2009 and part of the National Notary Association since 1995.

Our creed is to consider the client's circumstances, in what can be a very painful time of their lives. We travel bedside to acquire necessary information, only to return to execute and notarize the documents, as a
