History

I moved to the central coast in July 2011 from WA state where I had maintained a full-time private practice for five years. I love working with people and being a part of the healing process and my work in WA was very rewarding. I also love the sun however, and so after ten years in the beautiful northwest rain, it was time for a change! My office opened here in November of 2011. Over the last 13 years I have worked in several hospitals in the seattle area as well as with Acupuncturists Without Borders in New Orleans and New Mexico. My yogic training comes mainly from studies in India and New Zealand. I am loving the central coast and am grateful to be bringing all I have learned from around the world here to share with you.

Specialties

The areas that I specialize in include; emotional freedom, pain management, psychological imbalances, digestive disorders and chronic illness. I utilize a combination of Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Aromatherapy and gentle hands on balancing techniques like Reiki and Cranio-sacral therapy. My offices are located inside of the Gratitude Energy medicine space in Avila on wednesdays and in Avery Acupuncture in Paso Robles on friday. I also offer yoga classes at Brooke West Yoga in Atascadero and Dharma Yoga Loft in Paso Robles.
