Erica Mendes is a passionate educator with over 10 years of teaching experience with students of all grade levels. Most recently, she worked as a second-grade teacher at Challenger School - Middlefield in Palo Alto. She previously served as a teacher and aide in preschool and first grade at St. Cyprian School in Sunnyvale. She also spent over five years teaching at Gallagher Learning Center in Saratoga, where she worked as a tutor across subjects including grammar, mathematics, and writing. She also taught the High School Placement Test (HSPT) course for students applying to private high schools in the Bay Area.

Erica Mendes is an experienced and patient teacher loved for her ability to make learning fun. She works with students ages 5 to 17 across a variety of subjects including math, literature, English, writing, Spanish, and more.
