As a compassionate and empathic listener I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which your unique story can be told. I am a Board Certified Therapist with 9 years experience treating individuals, children, adolescents, and families/couples. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, ADHD, ODD, Couples, Families, Self-Esteem, and Eating Disorders. My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked as a school based-therapist and am well versed in many childhood disorders and family therapy. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I incorporate play and art therapy techniques to help youth work through their social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I strive to give every child/teen the skills to be happy and to make healthy decisions. I also enjoy working with parents to help increase their connection with their children. I work collaboratively with my clients to instill hope and provide a sense of understanding in a time when they feel most alone. I believe human beings are inherently resilient and have a tremendous capacity to heal!
