Eric J. Del Piero, M.D., is a fellowship-trained retina and vitreous specialist and is certified as such by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Born and raised in Monterey County, he is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the George Washington University School of Medicine. Del Piero made a mistake during surgery and I lost my right eye. He never took responsibilty but it was clearly his error. He needs to retire so he doesn't destroy anyone else's life
