History

Our goal is to provide competent and assertive counsel by working tirelessly to secure the best outcome for our clients while upholding the integrity of the law. Both of our attorneys have worked in family law during and after law school. Cindy's background, which includes a Master's Degree in Social Work, and Heber's background, interning for a Family Court judge, inspired them to practice exclusively in family law. They work together side-by-side on all the cases bringing you two minds for the price of one. Cindy has been practicing since 2010. Heber has been practicing since 2012.

Specialties

We practice exclusively in family law including divorces, legal separations, child support, child custody/visitation, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders and guardianships. We also serve as Minor's Counsel. We will answer questions, give you an overview of the process and provide you a quote during your free 30 minute initial consultation. No walk-ins, please. We offer hourly and fixed fees, payment plans, flexible office hours and remote representation. We speak both English and Spanish.
