Came to drop a car off Because all other locations closed at 12pm and weren't open tomorrow(Sunday). I must admit, the place is hard to find in the resort. I made it anyway and he took care of us....

I booked a reservation with enterprise. And was informed 20 mins prior to pick-up, (only because I called) That they didn't have any cars left?? The manager there, Carlos, who I have dealt with...

I've called this office and the phone just rings and rings until it disconnects. This is during business hours today too. Pick up the phone!
