Customer service is bad. Every time renting to this place, the car that you renting is normally not available. And you were force to do upgrade the car. Bad service and they don't complied with...

Made a reservation then they told me the car I reserved was not available did not give reasonable options my pick up time came and went I have not heard from anybody will not use this location again
