These people are amazing! Left my AirPods in the vehicle after returning the car and they promptly shipped it back to me. Couldn't have had a better customer experience!

As others have said, terrible customer service. My car broke down, and I was stranded 100+ miles from home and trying to pick up a rental. (I'm a 28 year old female with minimal desert survival...
