I have have Frank work on several engine for me all have been top notch. It can take time to get parts and get in his line up as he is always busy. So you should expect it to take time.

Frank charged me 3000.00 dollars for sub par work. I was reading the other review and it made me think that the way frank handled me. the new motor I paid for did not run more then 2-3 minutes...
