I have been a member for about 15 years now. I have always enjoyed coming there . They have a very compleat facility with something for everyone no matter your physical condition or age.

The staff it's great, most of them are friendly. 5 am club it's better quieter but we think the owner should add a hack squat which it's a lot more effective than this machine.
