Established in 2011 The Congress Cafe is located just 2 blocks South of Old Town trolley station. Off Congress st. across from Old Town San Diego State Park. We brought to San Diego the wonderful experience of a Venezuelan Bistro with the versatile Arepas and the delicious Cachapas.
