It's so sad to take down one more star. The manager onsite is useless. Whenever you call, it's as if you are bothering her. Multiple emails and follow-ups are needed.

Management: Doesn't help, doesn't answer right away. Tries to keep your deposit for illegal reasons like usual wear and tear. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES BEFORE MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND RIGHT...

The ownership is terrible and will mug you of your deposit, even if your apartment is professionally cleaned and in perfect condition. They're crooks.
