Encino Franklin Fields (EFF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable access to sports facilities for youth in the San Fernando Valley, leasing a 28-acre parcel from the Army Corps of Engineers. Great overall experience here that is memorable for people that enjoy it. The concession stand, and vendors are there. However be careful where you park. It is easy to lose yourself.
