I once lived at the Empress back in the '80s. I was homeless and this place provided shelter. Probably not unlike other SRO hotels in the area. I wouldn't recommend it unless you were unfortunate...

I live at Empress in 2020 it was misled the resident was always dirty and having people of the street, to protect them from other tenants because a lot of drugs activity (toxic behavior)and also...

That is really good to know I have a friend that lives there and he needs that food delivery so I hope he's getting his there too, just put it in the microwave fora second
