After working for and with larger property management firms, we went out on our own to provide clientele the same value and impact as the larger firms, with the cost conscious mindset of a smaller firm. We're well connected, resourceful, competitive, and experienced with 40+ years of collective experience. We are a woman owned, minority owned, and employee owned company built by professionals, trained rigorously by other large Fortune 500 grade companies. We came together to build a cost conscious service offering that benefits from our developed, successful skill sets. We are a small business, where ever manager works the front line. Our principals are actively involved in real estate transactions, investment, and development in the Southern California area with over 40 years of experience and millions of dollars in property transactions throughout their careers.
