I've had the opportunity to visit this park numerous times lately at different times of the day. It seems to be quite safe and, for the most part, lightly used(mostly seniors walking their dogs)....

This park during the day is awesome. There is a Tennis Court that is gated. A basketball court that is also gated. There is parking and nice grass with plenty of places to run or grab a blanket...
