Sweatpants came with a glue stain. Sent email but they just said go through their exchange portal. Tried to exchange but they ran out of the size I wanted. I asked when they would get more in...

After three or so washes, there's bleach like spots without any bleach use! Ruined 2 hoodies and one sweatpant after having less than 2 months. Will never buy again!!!!

Customer service ghosts you ! Said "Christmas gift" was 1 day out of Return date (this was 12/26) Will not respond when I challenged this.

Absolutely horrible customer service - I've been following up with them 6 weeks to get my order resolved. On top of that my sweats are shedding after one wash.
