My name is Elvina Lui and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy that specializes in helping couples improve their relationship. I finished my Master's in Counseling in 2007. I worked in a number of counseling centers as well as community based mental health service agencies during my internship years. I was finally licensed in 2012 and immediately started my own private practice. In 2017 I started my PhD in Clinical Sexology and am currently working on my dissertation. From the beginning of my private practice, I have specialized in working with couples, as well as with individuals who come alone to work on their relationship issues. It is very rewarding to guide couples through their challenges and difficulties, to see broken relationships repaired, to see passion and intimacy reignited.
All relationships go through hard times and what matters is how the couple comes together to pull through the challenges. Whether you feel unhappy in your relationship or you have become distant and stagnant, building up a wall between you and your partner, I understand what it is like and have helped countless couples in the same situation. Don't give up or settle for a dissatisfying relationship, there are practical ways to fix and revive it for the future.
