I called to make an appointment and ask question the lady who answered hung up in the middle of question!! How RUDE!! what an IDIOT!! if they can't act normal on the phone I sure know they won't...

Horrible service! She did my taxes all wrong after having another CPA look at them. Then she didn't even file them with IRS as I recently came to find out.
