Day of Wedding Coordination Trust Elizabeth Wedding Designs to take care of all your day of needs. We take care of everything from set up to tear down we are there throughout the whole day to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time. Unlimited amounts of emails and phone calls with a wedding coordinator. 1 hour rehearsal with a lead coordinator. We will work in correlation with your chosen venue on an appropriate floor plan and development of detailed Day of timeline On-site 'Day-Of coordination for Ceremony & Reception. This will include Lead Coordinator + 1 Assistant. We will Set-Up & Break down of any personal decor items for ceremony, cake table, gift table, entry table, guest tables, head table, etc. Checking in and directing vendors & rentals. We will help with pinning on and passing out personal flowers. Directing guests to ceremony location, lining up and queuing of bridal party for processional and directing guests to cocktail hour and reception.
