Building isn't bad... apartments are decent inside... but the manager is a nightmare. She's not proactive and doesn't fix anything in common areas until after you've complained. She will also rape...

Now that the construction is over it's been great being here. The current manager responds promptly to the rare issues I have in this building and is very understanding.
