John has been a trainer/coach in north county San Diego for 15 years. He coached and instructed baseball for 8 years and has 35 years for strength/conditioning training under his belt. John grew up in San Clemente, California as an all around athlete. Playing baseball, basketball and football as a youth and throughout his early adulthood. He's a devoted husband and loving father of 3 with a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard.
