Dr Dave performs full spine vertebral manipulations or adjustments as well as extremity adjustments for increased mobility and proper function of the central nervous system. Pre-surgical rehab is offered to provide a natural less invasive approach prior to surgery. Post surgical rehab is also provided to get you back on your feet after your surgery was a success. As part of your treatment plan different forms of massage are included such as active release, graston, myofascial release, trigger point therapy to name a few. At our office we incorporate intersegmental traction beds to provide nourishment to discs and increase fluidity in the spine. As your treatment plan matures you will also be provided with fitness training to increase core strength, upper body and lower body stability. For our athletes we provide sports taping, stretch reflexology as well as graston technique to increase recovery and promote proper muscle growth.
