Elemental Energy

History

I began my training with Jill Leigh at the Energy Healing Institute (Boston, MA) in 2007, received my certification in 2010. In 2011, I opened The Breathing Room, a yoga and wellness studio in NY. In addition to my client practice, I also developed cross disciplinary workshops, combining energy healing with Iyengar yoga, as well as taught energy grounding techniques in various school programs. In 2013, I moved to California to pursue the next chapter for my family, and am called to begin my practice once again.

Specialties

Elemental Energy teaches you how to quiet the noise, clear the chatter and point you towards your true north. Learn how the energy of emotion (yours and other's) impacts your inner equilibrium and physical health. With tools to guide you, you will be able to always return to harmony, release the patterns, behaviors and emotions that no longer serve you and live your way into being your best self. Offering personal energy healing sessions and group workshops designed to assess, clear and balance energy, as well as teach skills for self care.
