Actually this is in general for this company. They grossly overextended the "free charges for 2 years" for multiple EVs resulting in long waits for access. Rather then trying to improve things...

Inadequate number of places in Santa Clarita and nearly every time one or two chargers aren't working. The charges at the mall seem to be entirely closed temporarily. Otherwise when available it...

Half the charging stations are always out of service. Get all electric they say Spend half your like at the station they say
