Terrible charging station. Usually has broken units, always experiencing power issues and can rarely charge at a decent speed. Have called in service requests several times.

I'm barely giving this charging station one star but if I could give it 0, I'd do it. After buying an all electric car with 2 yrs of free charging, I'm terribly disappointed with this charging...
