MUST TRY!!!!!! You have to hit up the new TacoOaxaco on Foothill. Same owners as the old truck on Kennedy. All the items are massive, packed with flavor, and always fresh. Plus, they mix it up...

I had 2 tacos as a quick late lunch from this taco truck on Kennedy. The tripas were very tasty and creamy; I'll get this again. Unfortunately, I found the sliced cabeza dry and flavorless . . ....

The al pastor and extra crispy tripas tacos were amazingly delicious. My friend raves about their shrimp burrito with refried beans and now I know why. Don't forget to ask for the avocado...
