History
Family Owned + Operated since 1977. The owner is a pioneer in the catering food - truck business when he started in LA selling burgers, tacos and YOU name it -- he cooked it and sold on the LA street before anyone knew about taco trucks and all buzz there is today. He created the catering business in the downtown LA , City of Commerce, Monrovia, Alhambra and everywhere in between. He had a fleet of 25 trucks at the peak of his business. So, -- he is a master in the catering truck biz ( yea, that's what its called!) In Kern County -- no one can do this better than the taco master at ETL. Now, Taco Loco is his masterpiece in the making. For over 30 years, the same method, the same cooking, the same marinade process for the carne asada , al pastor, cabeza, etc. - all of it, is done to a specific plan to cook up the savory and robust flavors for Tacos, Tortas, Burritos and other items from the small menu. We invite all of you to hang out here, order a plate full of tacos.
