History

It all starts at our family owned and operated Tortilleria Flor de Mayo located in the city of Fontana which has been in service since 1993. El Taco Bar is the catering branch of the tortilleria. We start everything from scratch. From cooking the corn (nixtamal) and then grinding the corn which then turns into masa (corn doe).

Specialties

We offer a Taco bar catering service. All our specialties include hand made tortillas made on site as well as fresh guacamole also made on site.
