George, the manager, ensues that you will always have a great meal. Food is always nicely cooked and prepared. It is my favorite EPL in the desert.

While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Zero stars.Worst El Polo Loco I've ever been to. Nobody to take to order only the self order touch screen that doesn't work properly.Multiple customers inside not being helped and the staff...

This new location brings customer service to an all time low. I get that minimum wage in CA necessitated the installation of kiosks for ordering, but it seems that was license for the $20 per hour...
