Chicken is pretty good. Love their tostadas. The dressing and salsas are good too. Service is hot or miss with some of the drive thru people but it is what it is.

Military discount didn't work. Overpriced. Got food to go. Got home and chips were missing from combo meal. The bowl and salad entrees smelled like vomit. Avocados were rotten. Will never eat...

By far one of the worst el pollo locos! I'd definitely would spend my money somewhere else unless you like old food long wait times and horrible service
