Chicken is pretty good. Love their tostadas. The dressing and salsas are good too. Service is hot or miss with some of the drive thru people but it is what it is.

Then after complaining about a order that was so pathetic that I will never order online again from them. They gave me a email address that you cannot write to. Ridiculous

This has got to be the absolute worst El Pollo Loco ever. The prices keep steadily going up, the service is terrible and they have always almost got my orders wrong. Missing items, not filled...

They never have 12-16 piece mixed chicken available. Always a 30-45 minute wait. Customer service was not helpful and had attitude.
