The highlight of my visit was the sides and soda. Also seeing the hustle or the lady getting us in and out... didn't ask any questions but we weren't at the counter for over 2 minutes. ....

i used to receive very good service from this location but things have apparently changed ALOT. I ordered 4 chicken tortilla soups at the drive thru and didnt verify there was NO small...

Laziest employees ever... make guests feel unwelcome! Definitely need more training. Made me drive to location for an order they didn't have after I called and they ensured they had it.

This el pollo Loco is not it the employees here or non professionals they did not even have any chicken grilling when walking in to order. I had to ask after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes...
