I only come here about twice a year and that's when my family comes over. I typically don't like chicken on the bone unless it's chicken wings. Especially rotisserie and or flame broiled chicken....

Can't make a formal complaint due to having no receipt with a survey ID number. But ordered a simple fire chicken bowl to only find out it's all beans and no rice in the bowl when I arrived home....

El pollo is hit and miss - either it's great or terrible. If the meat is fresh it's great and if the meat is not fresh, you get the idea. My favorite is the shrimp bowl with the cilantro lime...
