Generally very busy during lunch, best to order on app. But you can't use staff discount if you do. It's pretty much any other El Pollo loco. Workers are nice and it's in the general food court...

I keep giving them chance after chance to get it right. 3 out of 10 they do something wrong. Just today I ordered a chicken bowl combo and the flour tortillas were hard and the rice too.
