El Pollo Loco location is awesome. Very clean, food comes out pretty quick, and the service from everyone is great.

Forgot my drink AND THEN tried to keep my CREDIT CARD. Then when I got a tiny bit upset employee tells me " There's no need for that". This place completely sucks. I will never go there again....

By far the best and most consistent El Pollo Loco - and I've visited many. Chicken is always moist and tender. Staff are great too.

The drive thru line is always too long. I wanted to order on the app but the app doesn't work anymore
