The service was horrible! I walked in. Waited.. waited.... Waited. Told to use the self service kiosk but I'm bling without my gkassses. Very unfortunate that this happened.

We use to live across the street and frequent this location. We enjoyed it very much! The service was always on point, and tasty food. We don't live so close anymore and have other el pollo locos...

Unhealthy for digestion is screaming vocalist music at play. Speakers too damn loud. Got the order wrong! Even though I asked for senior discount I got none.
