Food was good, clean and the ladies were very kind! Enjoyed our service here, not sure about the other stars. Only thing is theres a weird smell that I don't quite like

Website says open until 11pm; sign on door says 10pm but yesterday was there Friday they locked the doors at 9pm, stating they only have (3) employees working the night shift so they close at 9pm....

Worst pollo loco in San Bernardino, incompetent staff and management, you order food on drive thru and they don't give you condiments , straws , ice , just horrible customer service. Don't go there.
