3rd time here and They never have any chicken ready, it's a drive thru fast food restaurant. So inconvenient, they make u wait 15-20 minutes or more sometimes.

I'm pretty regular here and I will not ever be back. The "manager" on duty Jessica is the most condescending person I have ever delt with in fast food. I ended up canceling my order and leaving....

This came in our combo meal. There is no meat on the wing. Tiny leg. Not worth it. Do better Pollo Loco
