Placed a pick up order figured, it'd be better to do carry out. Came into the store the second I walked in you could sense the unwelcoming vibe. They gave me my food and I walked out, drove home....

I love to use the app to order. I always get a much better deal. I really love their loco salad with extra cilantro dressing. I wish they bottled and sold the stuff. I've never once had my order...

I have a love hate relationship with El Pollo Loco. I used to eat El Pollo Loco up until about 8 years ago. I got food poisoning years ago and my digestive system was never the same for El Pollo...
