Prices and acceptance of EBT Card. This restaurant CANNOT ACTUALLY COMPETE WITH McDonald's, Del Taco, Jack in the Box, Burger King, Taco Bell,; not even 7 eleven, which all accept EBT.

This is the worst El Pollo Loco I've ever been too. This was the order I placed this evening. Small salad and 3 tacos el carbon combo. Almost 6$ for a tiny salad that was filled up only half way...

Food is absolutely nasty!! I order a combo 4 piece chicken , salad and beans and there is nothing worst than eating something soo plain , No salt at all not to mention if it doesn't have salt...

Missing items in my order and when I called, while apologetic they claimed they were busy and didn't hand the uber driver the drinks. They had no ability to help or refund the missing items....
