I've been on an El Pollo Loco kick and have been having good experiences with the food. The chicken was okay, a little bit dry but the flavor was good. The real problem is they served me spoiled...

Chicken was terrible!! The thighs had hardly any meat on it more like skin n bones and it was burnt I regret not taking a picture of it. The corn was dried, I will never eat there again!

Estrella was very rude. Couldn't hear us in the drive thru then got mad when we enunciated and tried speaking up more clearly. we were cut off when asked what salsa and asked us to move forward....
