Great, friendly service. Cashier Abby was very kind. The line moved swiftly, and my order was ready very quickly. Dining area was kept nice and clean. With plenty of seating.

So I came into pollo loco with my god son cause he was craving some chicken and we ordered a 2pc leg & thigh and 3 piece leg & thigh meal and the sides were a fail the Mac cheese was super watery...

The food here is excellent and staff does their best to serve you . The restaurant is enough space and has lots of tables.
