I'm still not entirely sure of the name of this place. Yelp's got it listed as El Navigante and that's what's painted on the side of the building but the sign reads "Las Islitas". They had a cart...

The food is horrible. The service is terrible. The ambience is extremely noisy. You can't even have a conversation in your same table.

This place isn't closed! But it looks like the inside has been redone. Really tasty burrito. The rice was perfect for me and they happily subbed meat for nopales. Cheap beer!
